This is a traditional Italian recipe! A savory “cake” made with chickpea flour, super simple and super delicious! Here’s my foolproof recipe.
Ingredients:
100g of chickpea flour
300g of water
3 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of salt, and rosemary
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add the chickpea flour, a pinch of salt, and rosemary if you like.
2. Gradually pour in the 300g of water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Finally, add the 3 tablespoons of oil.
4. Preheat the oven to 180/200°C.
5. In a well-oiled baking pan, pour the mixture and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
6. It should be nicely golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
7. Serve with freshly ground black pepper on top.
