Stolen & Damaged Parcels
Spazio Selena is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during shipping.
Once your order leaves our hands it is under the responsibility of the courrier to deliver it. We therefore cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen merch. If you live somewhere that might be deemed hard to find please include clear delivery instructions when placing your order. If for some reason your order arrives damaged, or it doesn’t arrive at all, you can raise a claim with CTT Portugal here or with your national post office company.

In the event of a redirection back to the sender due to failed delivery at no fault of the sender, any additional shipping costs and import fees required for the return to sender will be charged to the receiver. Any refunds issued in association with such redirections will be made less any freight on export, freight on re-import, customs taxes, duties, fees and charges. Any re-shipment of returned orders will incur an additional shipping cost.
Duties
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
Product prices listed on this website are inclusive of taxes but exclusive of shipment costs. The cost of shipping depends on the product, destination, shipping option and weight of the parcel. The cost will be calculated at checkout.
