
Fluffy Chocolate Cake

This is the best Chocolate Cake that you will ever have!
This cake is so moist and fluffy and you will never guess that is vegan and without refined sugar!🫢
Ingredients:
200g spelt or white flour
20g raw cacao powder
150g coconut sugar
65g coconut oil melted
80g espresso warm
250g water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175/180C, and line a 25x10cm loaf pan with a parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl mix together the cacao powder, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl mix together the coconut oil, espresso, vanilla, vinegar and water until well combined.
4. Put the wet ingredients into the dry one and stir.
5. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 50/55 minutes.
6. Then remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
