Garlic Grater

This handcrafted Ceramic Garlic Plate is wheel-thrown using stoneware clay.
I used a natural beige clay, that contains little brown stones and sand, for a materic result.
Is also glazed with a glossy white glaze.

Is perfect for grating garlic and ginger.
I also use it in the summer to grate tomatoes, then I season them with extra virgin olive oil and basil and put the plate in the center of the table, to eat it with bread.

13.5cm in diameter
2cm in height

As all handmade ceramics are unique, slight variations in size and colour are to be expected.

Its food-safe and lead-free glaze ensures that it's safe for everyday use. 

Treat as a delicate item and while it can withstand the dishwasher, it is recommended to hand-wash for optimal maintenance.
