A three-session pottery experience designed to guide you through the entire ceramic proces: from throwing and trimming to decorating and glazing.

A journey to slow down, get your hands dirty, and rediscover the joy of creating mindfully, while gradually stepping into the world of ceramics.

During the first session, you’ll learn the basics of the pottery wheel and create your first pieces. In the following sessions, you’ll learn how to trim, decorate, and glaze them, following them through their final transformation.

The focus isn’t just on the final result, but on experiencing every stage of the process: feeling the clay in your hands, understanding its pace, experimenting with different shapes and techniques, and discovering what it means to transform raw material into something that is truly yours.

At the end of the journey, you’ll take your pieces home, but most importantly, you’ll have gained a first complete understanding of the ceramic process and greater confidence in creating with your own hands.

About the instructor

Selena is a ceramic artist who brings a calm and thoughtful approach to teaching. At the pottery wheel, she will guide you with patience and clarity, helping you build confidence while enjoying the learning process. Her classes focus on slowing down, observing the process, and learning through gentle guidance, creating a welcoming, mindful, and enjoyable space.

General information

• The workshop is available in Italian, Portuguese, and English.
• Duration: 2 hours.
• Each participant will create and take home one finished piece, which will be ready for collection approximately 4–6 weeks after the workshop. If needed, shipping is available for an additional €15.
• All materials and firing are included.
• Suitable for beginners, and all experience levels are welcome.

Cancellation policy

• Full refund if the workshop is cancelled up to 2 months before the scheduled date.
• After that, a 50% refund is available, or you may transfer your booking to a future workshop (subject to availability).
• Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 30 days before the workshop are non-refundable, and the booking will be forfeited.
