GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Each gift card expires 3 months from the date of issue.
The issue and expiration dates will be clearly indicated on the voucher.
• In case of returns for items purchased using a gift card (partially or fully), the refunded amount will first be returned via gift card.
Example: if you purchase ceramics worth €70 and pay partly with a €50 gift card, and you return items worth €25, the refund will be issued via gift card for future use.
