This handcrafted Ceramic Garlic Plate is wheel-thrown using stoneware clay. I used a natural beige clay, that contains little brown stones and sand, for a materic result. Is also glazed with a glossy white glaze.
Is perfect for grating garlic and ginger. I also use it in the summer to grate tomatoes, then I season them with extra virgin olive oil and basil and put the plate in the center of the table, to eat it with bread.
Measurements: 13.5cm in diameter 2cm in height
As all handmade ceramics are unique, slight variations in size and colour are to be expected.
Its food-safe and lead-free glaze ensures that it's safe for everyday use.
Treat as a delicate item and while it can withstand the dishwasher, it is recommended to hand-wash for optimal maintenance.
